1.The Borrower authorizes Ikh Mongol Credit NBFI LLC to use any information provided by the Borrower for the following purposes in connection with whether to open a Loan and to resolve a loan application. These include:

- Automatic entry of information in the terms of the loan agreement;
- Download the credit history from the Credit Information Database using its registration number in order to set the loan score and monitor the normal repayment of the loan;
- Access history and loan repayments are kept in the system in order to improve the customer's credit score;
- Conduct market research to improve service quality and conditions;
